You are welcome to return any unworn, unwashed, and unused article of clothing with the original tag intact within 30 days. You’ll get a full refund or exchange it to store credits if the application is successful. This policy also applies to sale items discounted at 30% or more. The only difference is you can only get store credits instead of a full refund.
Unfortunately, there are no refunds and exchanges for Final Sale items priced at 70% off from the original price. To start the process, fill in the online form, print a prepaid label, ship it, and wait within 7-10 business days for it to be processed.
